Hey Everyone! Today I’d like to show you how to make this easy crochet basket. This basic patterm is great for beginners and is the basis for so many other types of crochet projects so it’s great to learn. The clothesline is a little tricky at first, but it creates a cool look and works up so quickly!
I have been wanting to make some crochet baskets for awhile now and I have wanted to do a crochet project that used unconventional “yarn” too…. so we have both of those in this project! The video shows you how to make the white clothesline/rope basket and I have the instructions for the cotton yarn basket a little further down in this post!
Materials
- 200ft of Clothesline or rope … mine was 7/32 inches from WalMart
- Size Q Crochet Hook
