The best way to get rid of paper clutter is, well, to declutter! You’d be surprised at how much junk mail and other papers you have around that you just don’t need. Throw away any coupons that are expired, receipts that are older than a month that aren’t for big items, etc. Tax returns, government documents, and other such things should be kept around and filed away.
