Whether your enameled cookware is Le Cruset, Staub, Lodge, or some other brand, it will eventually start to stain, and if you happen to burn something on the bottom and have trouble getting it off, this tip will get it looking bright and new again. It’s a two step process but takes no time at all to do.
First, to clean enamel cookware you will need baking soda and hydrogen peroxide.
Next step is to place the pot on the stove and put a 1/2 inch of hydrogen peroxide and 1/4 cup of baking soda in the bottom. Turn the stove on high and bring it to a boil.
