We all know cola as a beverage is not healthy and full of calories and chemicals but there are other surprising uses for cola you should know about. Must check out!

You may not be a big fan of cola as it is laden with sugar, calories, and chemicals that can rot your teeth out of your skull but sometimes you just have to live your life, right? ;-) But aside from consuming it as a beverage, there are actually a surprising number of other reasons why you might want to keep a few cans of cola in your fridge!

1. Dissolve Sticky Messes

The phosphoric acid in cola can help break down sticky messes. Pour cola on sticky spots like sap or gum. Let the cola sit for 5 minutes or so, then wash with soap or shampoo. Easy and painless!

2. Remove Rust

The acidic quality of cola is also helpful for dissolving rust from tools! Pour cola into a bag or bucket, and submerge your tool in the cola. Let it soak for 24 hours, then wipe the rust away with a cloth. No elbow grease needed here!

3. Add Volume

Add body and volume to your hair using cola! The caffeine in cola can add body to your individual strands of hair. Just pour room-temperature cola over dry hair, then rinse with water and style as usual. You’ll love how bouncy and shiny your hair will be!
